Who Are We?

Zonta International is composed of three levels of governance.  International maintains a board of directors and staff that oversees district and club operations. There are 32 districts in 64 countries where governance is by district, not by country, and over 1100 clubs worldwide.

Zonta Canada – Caucus comprises five cross-border Canada/USA districts with 20 clubs and is led by a non-voting convener appointed by the Zonta International President. Each District Governor appoints a voting delegate and a non-voting alternate to form a governing group. But that’s not all! Any Canadian member is welcome to attend our meetings and help out, whether in a small or large manner.
